Acacia
Acacia honey is made from the Robinia Pseudoacacia plant, a very common plant in our Ronco Blanchis woods.
This honey variety has a slightly floral bouquet, a sweet taste and is also known for never crystalizing thus remaining always in a dense liquid state.
It’s a unifloral honey that can only be obtained when the beehives are situated in an area full of plants of the same species, this way the bees will pollinate mostly this type of plant.
To maintain all of the beneficial properties of this honey we never pasteurize it.
It doesn’t contain gluten so it is also perfect for celiac people.
