The Millefiori honey is produced in an area of our estate where there are different types of flowers, so there are no dominant species.

It has an amber/dark colour and a strong taste similar to honeydew.

It can crystalize over time especially at low temperatures visually offering more matt tones.

To preserve all the nutrients we keep it in a rather raw state, a more natural and artisanal conservation, with the bees collecting from the different flowers and not through an industrial mixing process.

To maintain all of the beneficial properties of the honey we never pasteurize it.
It doesn’t contain gluten so it is also perfect for celiac people.
