Blanc di Blanchis

Fresh and enveloping wine with intense but elegant notes of cedar, elder flowers and rose.

On the palate it offers all of the important charateristics that immediately recall the territory of Friuli with a very flavourful mineral note.

Guyot system with 4830 vines per hectare of planting 2.30 m. x 0.90 m. (mean age 15 years).


Grapes variety: Friulano, Chardornnay and Sauvignon

Vinification: white wine vinification with a gentle pressing of the grapes and a whole-bunch fermentation

Food pairings: Appetizers in general, first courses and main-fish or light meat

Serving temperature: 8-10°C
